Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with Official Tarte Cosmetics are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United States only.
International shipping services are not offered at this time.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time on business days enter processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation prior to shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Handling Time

Handling time includes packaging, quality inspection, and transfer of the shipment to the shipping carrier.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days after processing is completed.

Once handling is finished, the order is dispatched and tracking details are provided.

Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Transit time begins after the carrier receives the shipment.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 8–12 business days within the United States.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts and before applicable taxes).

All shipping charges are clearly displayed before checkout completion.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Official Tarte Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team. We will assist by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery status.
